Jian Hong has more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Development Functions. His human resource roles span from Government Ministry to Global Multinational Organizations. In his current role of the Managing Partner, he is building a start-up focusing on HR Tech to deliver HR process automation for businesses.
Sam Neo is a Human Resource (HR) professional with accelerated HR experience in market leading companies such as Keppel Corporation and Changi Airport Group. His burning passion for HR has seen him take on a diverse range of roles in his young career including Talent Management, Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility and Staff Engagement among others. His experience as a HR Business Partner spans across the Engineering, Construction, Offshore and Marine, Aviation, Emergency Rescue and Commercial sector among others.
