Use Marketing Mix and Social Media to Influence Your Marketing and Sales
12 Jul 2017 Time: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

The marketing funnel is defined by three main stages which customers go through - Awareness, Consideration and Decision-making. The four elements of the marketing mix that impacts a customer's decision journey is Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Once a business understands how marketing mix can influence it's marketing strategies, it is key to identify which online and offline platforms will target the consumers better. It is also important to profile customers and align a brand's core identity to build efficient marketing campaigns. Nowadays, customers have the luxury of interacting with brands on multiple channels, and this furthers the need to build closed-loop mechanics with a deeper understanding of their psyches. To tackle these multiple channels, SMEs should know the latest digital channels and overlapping disciplines in lead generation, deal flows, profiling analytics and customer relationship management. We have two segments for this workshop: 1. Group-based Diagnostics 2. Capability Workshop Segment 1: Business Advisors from SME Centre@SICCI will guide you through a hands-on session to review product marketing mix with consumer decision journey.
