Joyce Kingsly is best known for her immense contribution to uplift the Indian business community particularly the women. She founded LWW the Women’s Wing of LISHA. The socialite has spearheaded several social projects for the community at large. Under her supervision, LWW has successfully organized 200 events, ranging from networking sessions, awareness programmes, seminars and business forums including 3 Singapore Book of Records achievements. They have released 2 books on the inspiring stories of close to 100 Businesswomen in Singapore. With Joyce directions and demonstration of leadership skills, LWW is now acknowledged to be among the leading women organizations in Singapore. Joyce brings to her work a mixture of both the entrepreneurial spirit and corporate professionalism that she has gained over the years of contributing to various aspects of her journey.

Presently in the Board of Directors at SICCI, she is also a Director with the SME Centre. Joyce is also the Chairperson of Sisterhood Of Entrepreneurs (SHE) and the Co-Chairperson of Events and in the Membership team.
Joyce Kingsly was the Vice – Chairperson of Little India Shop Owners & Heritage Association (LISHA) from 2017 to 2023. She is the Founder of LISHA Women’s Wing, which is a sub-committee of LISHA and it’s Chairperson for 10 years 2012 to 2022, presently it’s Advisor as well.
Senior Consultant – Singapore South Asia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SSACCI) 2024 and Committee Member – Indian Community Oral History Committee (ICOHC) 2024. She has been a Grassroots Leader for more than 12 years serving in Citizen Consultative Committee (CCC), Community Emergency Engagement (C2E), assisted in Meet The People Sessions(MPS) and THOMSONERS Newsletter Team. She was the Founder of FIGS Area Sub-Committee in 2015. Joyce is also in the Tamil Language Learning and Promotion Committee (TLLPC) formed by Ministry of Education which aims to elicit the support in promoting the use of Tamil Language beyond classrooms past few years till present. She was the Co-chairperson of SICCI – Women Entrepreneurs Networks (WEN) 2014 to 2016 and Vice President – Education in LISHA Toastmasters Club 2010 -2011.

Runs her own Brand – C3 Premium Hampers by Joyce Kingsly (Hampers & Bouquets) Creative, Colourful and Customized ! Curated according to one’s budget, occasion, theme and colours. A very passionate person about the Art of Gifting, certified and does each hamper with a lot of dedication!
Joyce is also in the management of Sri Vinayaka Exports Pte Ltd, a trading firm established in 1994, aiming to connect manufacturers and wholesalers.
