Ms Renuka Arora Bhagat is a Board Director of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI) and Founder & Managing Director of Masti Media Network, Singapore’s pioneering LIVE Hindi/Bollywood digital media network.
A leading name in Singapore’s media industry since 2009, Ms Bhagat is widely recognised as a mediapreneur, broadcaster, producer and community leader. She founded Singapore’s first and only privately owned LIVE Hindi/Bollywood digital media platform, comprising Radio Masti 24×7, MastiAVI (Audio Visual Interactive) and Masti Media Academy. Under her leadership, the network has grown into a trusted platform connecting businesses, communities and audiences through multimedia content, live broadcasting, digital productions and events.
Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, Ms Bhagat brings over two decades of corporate leadership experience across multinational organisations, having held senior regional and global roles spanning human resources, technology and business transformation. She has led large-scale transformation programmes across diverse international markets, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organisational change, technology adoption, operational excellence and people strategy. This combination of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership has shaped her broad perspective on business, people and transformation.
Passionate about nation-building through media, Ms Bhagat has curated and produced initiatives promoting entrepreneurship, multiculturalism and social cohesion. She is the creator of the acclaimed Montage of Singapore series, supported by the National Integration Council and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, bringing together leaders from government, business and community organisations to celebrate Singapore’s multicultural identity and foster meaningful dialogue.
Beyond media, Ms Bhagat has actively championed women’s empowerment, mentoring and community engagement. She contributed to Singapore’s White Paper on Women’s Development, representing the Arts and Media sector. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her platform played a significant role in engaging and supporting Singapore’s migrant worker community, for which her contribution was recognised by Singapore’s Minister for Communications and Information.
Ms Bhagat’s contributions have earned her several recognitions, including the Indian Women Entrepreneur Award, a place in the Singapore Book of Records, recognition by the Little India Shopkeepers and Heritage Association (LISHA) among 50 distinguished Indian women in Singapore in Doyenne – Voice, Not an Echo, and inclusion as an achiever in the commemorative publication celebrating 60 Years of India–Singapore Diplomatic Relations, launched by the High Commission of India in Singapore.
